I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Katie Haines and all of the Sponsors and volunteers involved in the Alana Haines Awards, for the incredible opportunity to take part in 2 weeks of training at The Australian Ballet School.   I learnt so much from this experience and I am so grateful to have received this scholarship.

I was able to participate in both Level 4 & 5 Full-time classes, which included Classical, Pointe, Classical Studies/Repertoire, Contemporary, Pas de Deux and Conditioning. This gave me a good idea of what it would be like to be a full-time student. I particularly enjoyed taking part in the Pas de Deux classes. They were an extremely good learning opportunity for me.
I would like to say an enormous thank you to Ms Pavane and the brilliant teaching staff at The Australian Ballet School. I was able to take away very valuable information and wonderful corrections.

It was such a privilege to be able to participate in the prestigious AHAA in 2015 and I am so very grateful to my teacher, Anne Fraser and to everyone involved, for ensuring that dancers, such as myself, have these incredible learning opportunities and extremely generous scholarships. The AHAA is a fantastic competition for aspiring young dancers.
