VERY VERY IMPORTANT: If you are pasting from another app eg: Word make sure you use the "Paste as Plain Text" button at the top left of the text entry panel with the T on it.

Just click this button and paste your text into the pop up area.

If you don't do this it will look VERY VERY BAD and your post will be deleted!

1. Register and login

2. Go to top left of News & Views and click Add Page

3. When it asks you to Choose a Page Type scroll right and choose Right Sidebar News

4. Enter your name in the Page Information and click Add

5. A page will open with red-dotted boxes surrounding areas. Click in the area just underneath AHA NEWS ITEM and choose Edit from the menu.

6. A Simple News dialog box will open.

7. Enter the name of the news item in the News Title box. If the news is about yourself (past AHA Finalist for instance) enter your own name.

8. Choose a category, General or Past Recipient

9. Don't worry about the Date (automatic) or Time (not in use)

10. Enter your news in the News Content (REMEMBER THE PASTE AS PLAIN TEXT BUTTON IF PASTING TEXT) box and set the content to Paragraph in the pulldown format menu at the top.

11. Don't change the font – it may look boring to you but is legible for everyone else.
